Modifications previously completed include:

• 4 x Personnel doors installed into a 20’ Container with metal partitions installed to separate into 4 compartments.
• An Office unit with the cargo doors still attached and fully ventilated for housing a liquid nitrogen machine.
• Roller shutter doors installed to replace the cargo doors for car storage.
• Fully ply-lined and insulated with electrics installed for using as a workshop.
• Grafo-therm applied to the ceilings to ensure maximum condensation protection.
